At the moment (this may change) our clinics remain open to support our patients. We know that the ability to hear is critical to support not only your well-being but your ability to access health care in an emergency. We will do our best during this time to support you.
As a part of our commitment to your health and well-being, we are monitoring the pandemic and are taking advice from Health Canada.
With this in mind we’ve implemented additional sterilization, cleaning and office procedures, including but not limited to:
- Ongoing cleaning and sterilization of equipment, tools and frequent touch surfaces like door handles, counters tops and credit card terminals etc.
- Our equipment and tools will be cleaned before and after each visit.
- In order to reduce the risk of contact with an infected person we will screen patients before appointments by phone and screen walk-ins. This will be done using the procedure recommended by Health Canada. Those who meet the risk profile will be asked to reschedule for a time at least 2 weeks into the future.
- Staff that have returned from over seas travel or whom have had contact with a known infected person will self-isolate at home for 14 days.
Our team is also available to help with remote support. Please call us if we can provide support.
