About the Hearing Clinic in London
Our clinic in London is a provider of excellent hearing care customer service. We offer free hearing evaluations, consultations, wax removal, and counseling on hearing loss.
Being in a small town, most of our business comes from word of mouth. We are a friendly, kind and welcoming hearing service provider. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have!

Jessie You
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jessie is a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist, certified by the
Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario. She
graduated George Brown College where she received an Advanced Diploma in
the Hearing Instrument Specialist program with Dean’s Honour. Jessie
developed her interest in hearing healthcare when she experienced a
temporary hearing loss as a child and learned the true value of hearing.
It is now her great honour being a part of one’s journey to help them
hear and communicate better.
Louise Carrigan
My name is Louise and I have worked as support staff in hearing clinics for the past 15 years. I enjoy the daily interaction with our existing patients, and meeting new patients and assisting them with their needs, and helping the clinician with their care. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and have 2 children and 3 grandchildren which keep me very busy. Summer is my favourite season and I enjoying camping with my family.
