About the Hearing Clinic in Owen Sound

Our clinic in Owen Sound is a provider of excellent hearing care customer service. We offer free hearing evaluations, consultations, wax removal, and counseling on hearing loss.
Being in a small town, most of our business comes from word of mouth. We are a friendly, kind and welcoming hearing service provider. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have!

Heather Holliday
Audiologist
Heather has been an audiologist with Owen Sound Audiology since 2013. She is passionate about helping people understand and improve their communication abilities and has seen hundreds of local children and adults for hearing evaluations and audiology services. Helping clients reach their full potential by listening to their individual needs is an integral part to Heather's caring approach. Communication strategies and skills, hearing assistance technology, and hearing aids are all factors often recommended for success. Heather is dedicated to helping clients use these on their own hearing journeys.
Heather grew up in Grey County, just north of Mount Forest, Ontario. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Guelph, focusing on Biological Science. She then attended University of British Columbia in Vancouver to obtain her Masters of Science in Audiology. Heather and her husband live in Georgian Bluffs and just welcomed a daughter to their family, who joins their three-and-a-half-year-old son and several pets. Heather and family can usually be found amidst renovation projects at their home, hiking and exploring the area, and spending time with family and friends.

Marla Kyle
Hearing Consultant
Marla has worked at Owen Sound Audiology for 10 years as the Client Services Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for patients which involves greeting patients, visitors, and other customers, answering the telephone and scheduling appointments.
Marla was born in Owen Sound and has lived in the area her entire life. She and her husband Wayne have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and camping in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.

Alicia Thompson
Office Manager
Alicia has been the office manager at Owen Sound Audiology for almost 13 years. She will either be in her office doing administrative duties, screening babies for the Infant Hearing Program, at the shipping counter unboxing hearing aids, or at the tech counter cleaning hearing aids. She is responsible day to day operations of the clinic and assuring everything is running smoothly.
Alicia grew up in Walkerton, Ontario and completed her Bachelor of Administrative Studies, specializing in Finance at Western University. She currently lives in Owen Sound with her husband and fourteen-year-old son. Her family enjoys golfing in the summer, downhill skiing in the winter and enjoying all the outdoor activities Grey-Bruce has to offer year-round.
