About the Hearing Clinic in Windsor

Our clinic in Windsor is a provider of excellent hearing care customer service. We offer free hearing evaluations, consultations, wax removal, and counseling on hearing loss.

Being in a small town, most of our business comes from word of mouth. We are a friendly, kind and welcoming hearing service provider. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have!

Alexa Camirand

Audiologist
Alexa was raised in the Riverside area and is excited to be practicing in her hometown. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2018 and Master of Clinical Science in Audiology from Western University in 2020. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
She provides services to pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Alexa goes above and beyond to make sure that each patient gets the individualized care that they need. In her spare time, Alexa enjoys travelling, hiking, spending time outdoors, and visiting her family in Sault Ste. Marie.

Chantale Pirouet

Audiologist
With over 10 years experience, Chantale is a dedicated professional who strives to provide the highest standard of hearing healthcare for patients and their families. She is competent in adult and pediatric audiological evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus evaluation and treatment and Central Auditory Processing (CAP) screening. Chantale holds a doctoral degree in Audiology, Au.D. (2011) from Wayne State University and earned her undergraduate degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Windsor. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is a registered authorizer and prescriber with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), Ontario Ministry of Health. “Hearing loss affects everyone, not just the individual. It’s important to look at the whole picture and work with patients and their families to strengthen family connection and improve quality of life.”

Hearing Consultant
Dana has been an Office Administrator for 12 years now. She has been working in the hearing industry since 2013 and found her home at Riverside Hearing Care in 2019. She takes pride in supporting patients with their hearing needs by ensuring that they are receiving the best care possible. She strives to make each person that visits Riverside Hearing Care feel comfortable and reassured with their decision to make hearing care important. ln her spare time, her favourite thing to do is to sit around a table with her "core family of 6", laughing and tellin8 stories about life's events. She loves cooking up a feast for friends and entertaining. She also has a passion for camping and fishing.
Tracey Auld

Tracey Auld

Hearing Consultant
Tracey has been in the hearing industry as an Office Administrator for the last 12 years with her most recent year becoming a member of our Riverside Hearing Care/Hear Right Canada team. With a Medical Office Administrator diploma Tracey is well versed, organized and keeps the flow of our Riverside clinic going while always having our patient's best interest top of mind. When she isn't at work, Tracey is either travelling with her fiance and daughter, or out sailing our lakes, living a healthy lifestyle with exercise and meditation.
